Property Maintenance

For property maintenance, the pricing will be determined on site.  We will come buy at a time that's convenient for you and assess the size of the property and what maintenance will be required.  We can't give an accurate quote over the phone or email. 

We will walk around and remove all discarded litter on the property. 

This includes things like coffee cups, discarded masks and broken glass etc. 

Trimming trees and shrubberies. 

Cutting grass. 

Leaf removal in the fall.

In winter the parking lot and walkways will be salted before and during periods of snow. 

All walkways will have the snow removed including any adjacent sidewalks around the property.
